What you will do
- Document and manage customer complaints and feedback per internal procedures and standards.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and applicable regulations.
- Investigate product and service issues, coordinate resolutions, and track outcomes.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams on complaint handling.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for quality assurance.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify used)
- Experience in quality control, assurance, or regulatory affairs preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and medical device regulations.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a standard office environment.
