What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of security remediation initiatives.
• Translate security findings into structured project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across Security, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
• Drive the progress of IAM and PAM workstreams specifically within Microsoft environments.
• Introduce and manage delivery governance, tracking, and reporting mechanisms.
• Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Security or Cyber Programme delivery roles.
• Strong track record of delivering IAM/PAM initiatives, preferably in Microsoft environments.
• Experience managing security remediation, transformation, or uplift programmes.
• Ability to operate effectively in unstructured or evolving environments to bring clarity.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical teams and business leaders.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Leeds
