Project Manager (Public Safety)

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of Public Safety software implementation projects from contract award through go-live and service handover.
• Plan, track, and manage project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Act as the primary NEC representative in customer meetings, building strong relationships with emergency services forces.
• Coordinate resources from internal teams, external partners, and third-party contractors.
• Chair internal governance boards and provide accurate reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure project delivery remains within the agreed budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering significant, large-scale software implementations.
• Ability to undergo SC (Security Check) clearance is essential.
• Must demonstrate a pre-existing right to work and travel within the EU.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner or similar project management qualification.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
