What you will do

• Work within established systems to manage planning and preparation of turnaround events in assigned areas.
• Produce detailed job specifications ensuring correct level of detail, realistic resources, durations, and application of turnaround norms.
• Identify long-lead materials, defects, and additional work for inclusion, coordinating with materials and plant teams.
• Ensure production milestones are met, capture safety issues on Job Method Sheets, and assist with job reviews and safety analysis.
• Liaise with scaffolding supervisors to minimize rework and ensure scaffolds are ready prior to event start.
• Produce high-standard workpacks with all risk assessments and necessary documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in planning and preparation of turnaround events.
• Experience in chemical or oil & gas industry in a senior delivery role.
• HND/HNC and preferably membership of appropriate institute.
• Strong leadership, communication, business awareness, and results delivery skills.
• Proficiency in writing, reporting, applying expertise, analyzing, planning, organizing, and commercial thinking.
