TL;DR
Growth Marketing Lead (B2B SaaS): Own pipeline generation strategy and execution across all products—from setting quarterly targets to optimizing daily ad spend—with an accent on performance marketing, outbound motions, and growth experimentation. Location: United States, remote-friendly. Headquarters in San Francisco; bonus points for being based there and able to go into the office 2 days per week.
Salary: $163,000 - $180,000 per year, plus equity.

What you'll do
- Own pipeline generation strategy across all products; set quarterly targets, build forecasting models, and drive execution with Finance and RevOps.
- Lead performance marketing: own paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), design experiments, optimize funnels, landing pages, and CAC efficiency.
- Develop outbound motions: build scalable ABX systems, account intelligence with AI, multi-touch sequences, and partner with Sales on handoffs.
- Identify growth leverage, champion cross-functional improvements with Customers, Product, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
- Build analytics infrastructure: attribution models, dashboards, channel economics analysis.
- Leverage AI tools and full-stack skills to ship landing pages, copy, tracking, and automation flows independently.
Requirements
- 6-10 years in growth marketing or demand generation in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on performance marketing expertise (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Outbound campaign experience with ABX and signal-based strategy.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills; build models, evaluate ROI, partner with Finance.
- Full-stack operator: build pages, write copy, set up tracking, analyze data.
- Data fluency in analytics, funnels, cohorts; CRM and systems thinking (HubSpot, lead lifecycle).
- AI-fluent; entrepreneurial mindset for ambiguity and building systems.
Nice to have
- PLG or scaled sales experience (self-serve funnels, SMB acquisition).
- B2C, marketplace, or vertical SaaS experience.
- Healthcare experience.
