TL;DR

Paid Marketing Specialist: Execute and optimize multi-channel PPC campaigns driving high-quality leads at target CPLs across web properties with an accent on performance analysis, lead funnel reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on keyword expansion, ad copy testing, landing page A/B tests, daily optimizations, and generating performance reports.

Location: Hybrid in Orlando, FL – required in office Monday, Wednesday, Thursday; 2 WFH days (Tuesday, Friday)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, Twitter, Display to meet traffic and lead goals within target CPL and budget
  • Manage keyword expansion, ad copy/asset creation/testing, landing page A/B testing, and competitive research
  • Perform daily optimizations, analyze performance trends, and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports
  • Audit campaigns, budgets, assets, landing pages, and lead attribution for QC and improvements
  • Collaborate with content, design, development, and project teams to implement strategies and changes
  • Provide strategic insights, forecasts, and training on marketing tools

Requirements

  • 1+ years demonstrated experience in paid PPC marketing including Google and Meta
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to analyze data from multiple sources for business performance insights
  • Proficiency in advanced reporting platforms like Salesforce and Tableau
  • Strong organization, multitasking, self-management in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify anomalies and derive recommendations across ad platforms and systems

Nice to have

  • Google Ads Certified, Microsoft Ads Accredited, Facebook Blueprint Certified
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar paid campaigns
  • Experience with Display/Programmatic buying
  • Campaigns in regulated industries like Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Legal
