Salary: $75,000 - $105,000 per year

What you will do

• Deliver instructor-led and hands-on technical training at customer locations and hirify.global facilities.
• Facilitate training across mechanical, electrical, and high-voltage systems, reinforcing safe work practices.
• Lead practical shop-based exercises focused on troubleshooting, repair processes, and service documentation.
• Serve as the primary customer point of contact and hirify.global brand ambassador during training engagements.
• Identify technician skill gaps and operational challenges to provide feedback for training program improvements.
• Support field service activities, including complex diagnostics and collaboration with Field Service Representatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related Engineering field or equivalent technical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Commercial Vehicle Industry, preferably with transit buses.
• Extensive mechanical and electrical knowledge of hirify.global buses and ability to read electrical schematics.
• Proven ability to use Telematics and computer software tools for vehicle diagnostics.
• Commercial Driver License (CDL) required (or agreement to obtain within 6 months of employment).
• Ability to travel 70-80% primarily within the United States.
