Salary: $75,000 - $105,000 per year

What you will do
- Deliver instructor-led and hands-on technical training at customer locations and facilities.
- Facilitate training across mechanical, electrical, and high-voltage systems, reinforcing safe work practices.
- Lead practical shop-based exercises focused on troubleshooting, repair processes, and service documentation.
- Serve as the primary customer point of contact and brand ambassador during training engagements.
- Identify technician skill gaps and operational challenges to provide feedback for training program improvements.
- Support field service activities, including complex diagnostics and collaboration with Field Service Representatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related Engineering field or equivalent technical experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Commercial Vehicle Industry, preferably with transit buses.
- Extensive mechanical and electrical knowledge of buses and ability to read electrical schematics.
- Proven ability to use Telematics and computer software tools for vehicle diagnostics.
- Commercial Driver License (CDL) required (or agreement to obtain within 6 months of employment).
- Ability to travel 70-80% primarily within the United States.
