Compensation: $48,000 – $55,000 yearly

What you will do

• Install, service, and upgrade equipment onsite at various customer locations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure system performance.
• Provide training and guidance to customers on product operation and maintenance.
• Perform routine maintenance and manage inventory of replacement parts.
• Document technical issues and identify opportunities for additional product solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and offer technical recommendations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA area
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in electrical/mechanical installation and repair.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience with strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift or move 55 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% to customer sites.
