Salary: $150,000 - $230,000 base plus annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

  • Build and nurture consultative relationships with C-suite healthcare stakeholders and executive buyers.
  • Own end-to-end renewal strategies, contract negotiations, and revenue retention targets.
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities to grow the company's reach within existing client organizations.
  • Act as the internal lead for assigned accounts, coordinating between operations, product, and engineering.
  • Analyze healthcare trends, regulations, and payment models to position the company as a strategic partner.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in client success or account management, with 3+ years in healthcare IT solutions.
  • Proven success driving client growth and ROI in a B2B SaaS or healthtech environment.
  • Deep experience partnering with C-suite healthcare leaders and clinicians.
  • Strong knowledge of HIPAA, interoperability, and healthcare delivery models.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30%.
