What you will do
- Prospect and close business in assigned target accounts through networking and cold outreach.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through onboarding and implementation success.
- Conduct virtual or in-person demonstrations, providing consultative advice to large strategic customers.
- Meet and exceed established monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas.
- Maintain an accurate sales funnel and client information within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including business development, CSMs, and solution engineers.
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of sales experience in enterprise software, contact centers, or similar domains.
- Proven track record of selling annual agreements with $120,000+ ACV.
- Experience negotiating contracts with C-suite executives at enterprise companies.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
- Ability to travel 1-3 weeks per quarter for events and client visits.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
