What you will do
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for batch processing, leading sprint planning and engineering ceremonies.
- Develop detailed PRDs with functional specifications, processing workflows, and error handling for financial transactions.
- Define job sequencing, scheduling logic, and reconciliation workflows for equity events such as option exercises and RSU releases.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and implementation teams to identify and close feature gaps.
- Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure regulatory and data integrity standards.
- Lead customer discovery sessions and conduct demos of batch processing capabilities to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- 1+ years of experience in Product Owner or Product Management roles, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of equity compensation events (option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, ESPP).
- Familiarity with batch processing concepts, job scheduling, and high-volume data processing.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and writing comprehensive PRDs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Nice to have
- CEP (Certified Equity Professional) Level 1 certification or higher.
- 1+ years of specific experience in the equity management or equity compensation space.
- Experience with platform migrations, system implementations, or large-scale transformation projects.
