What you will do

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog for batch processing, leading sprint planning and engineering ceremonies.
  • Develop detailed PRDs with functional specifications, processing workflows, and error handling for financial transactions.
  • Define job sequencing, scheduling logic, and reconciliation workflows for equity events such as option exercises and RSU releases.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and implementation teams to identify and close feature gaps.
  • Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure regulatory and data integrity standards.
  • Lead customer discovery sessions and conduct demos of batch processing capabilities to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • 1+ years of experience in Product Owner or Product Management roles, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of equity compensation events (option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, ESPP).
  • Familiarity with batch processing concepts, job scheduling, and high-volume data processing.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and writing comprehensive PRDs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • CEP (Certified Equity Professional) Level 1 certification or higher.
  • 1+ years of specific experience in the equity management or equity compensation space.
  • Experience with platform migrations, system implementations, or large-scale transformation projects.
