TL;DR

Product Owner I (Fintech): Leading the product backlog and coordinating between management and delivery teams to maximize development output with an accent on customer-centric user stories and cloud-native integration. Focus on optimizing product roadmaps, leveraging XML/JSON APIs, and applying Agile/SAFe methodologies to improve customer experiences.

Location: Hybrid (Arlington, TX, United States) - 2 days a week in office

What you will do

Maximize development team output by directing and coordinating product development.
Manage and prioritize the product and team backlog in partnership with Product Management.
Create high-quality, customer-centric user stories that exceed expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional experts and external vendors to ensure timely deliverables within SLA.
Analyze customer requirements to recommend system, product, and process enhancements.
Measure product performance using key metrics to ensure accountability for business results.

Requirements

Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Arlington, TX.
Proficient understanding of XML/JSON based APIs and Cloud Technologies.
Working knowledge of Agile/SAFe Lean enterprise concepts and best practices.
Experience with risk management, loss control, and coordinating vendor relationships.
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have

0-2 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on an Agile Scrum team.
Agile certification (PSPO, CSP-PO, or POPM/APM).
Experience with cloud APIs and payment processors.
