Salary: £90,000 - £95,000 per annum + 25% bonus

What you will do

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise data platforms aligned to the CDO and business strategy.
• Partner with SMEs, architects, and engineers to shape and deliver high-value data solutions.
• Translate product vision into a prioritised, value-based delivery roadmap.
• Develop business cases and present them to senior stakeholders and C-level committees.
• Establish success metrics, KPIs, and measurable outcomes for data products.
• Champion best practices for BI dashboards, Data APIs, Cloud platforms, and ML models.

Requirements

• Strong experience within the financial services domain is essential.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale data transformation initiatives.
• Deep expertise in SQL and NoSQL architectures.
• Experience launching enterprise data platforms and services end-to-end.
• Proficiency in Lean Agile and SAFe practices, including collaboration across PI cycles.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure cloud or hybrid data platforms.
