Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX. Must be based in Austin, TX (in-office 2 days per week: Tuesday and Thursday). Not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Develop and own the Americas email marketing strategy to drive pipeline targets.
• Manage the regional email calendar and editorial submission process to ensure strategic alignment.
• Build and deploy personalized emails with strong CTAs and consistent branding.
• Coordinate segmentation strategies aligned with ICP and sales motions.
• Track and report on email contribution to pipeline, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Regional Marketing, and Event teams to integrate email into all GTM motions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, specifically focused on demand or lead generation.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency with Pardot, Salesforce, Asana, and Zoom.
• Understanding of B2B lifecycle marketing and demand generation.
• Must be based in Austin, TX for a hybrid schedule (Tuesdays and Thursdays in office).
• Must have valid US work authorization (no Visa sponsorship available).
