Salary: $169,000 - $250,000 USD (annual base, varies by location and experience)

What you will do

• Conduct research studies in quick sprints to gather user feedback throughout development
• Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations that drive product changes
• Present insights and stories to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Rotate across product areas, building relationships quickly
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers to integrate user insights
• Evaluate product experiences to identify strategic opportunities
• Lead and mentor junior researchers on methodologies
• Experiment with tools and workflows to streamline research

Requirements

• 7+ years in research/design roles at fast-paced product organizations, UX agencies, or consultancies
• Proficiency in mixed methods: qualitative (interviews) and quantitative (surveys, data analysis)
• Strong communicator and storyteller with track record of executive buy-in
• Ability to ramp up quickly and deliver impact in 1-2 weeks
• Active use of AI tools in research workflows
• Must be located in the US (hubs or remote)
