Salary: $220,000 – $260,000

What you will do

• Build, lead, and mentor a team of engineers focused on clustering infrastructure and data systems.
• Drive the technical vision and roadmap for the Clustering Platform, focusing on reliability and scalability.
• Partner with data producers, consumers, and product stakeholders to enhance the developer and data science experience.
• Establish engineering processes, tooling, and best practices to accelerate organizational delivery.
• Contribute hands-on to architecture decisions, incident response, and technical unblocking.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on software and data engineering skills, including code review and design documentation.
• Deep experience with large-scale data processing and distributed systems (e.g., PySpark, Databricks, Airflow).
• Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Ability to switch between people leadership and hands-on technical contribution.
• Genuine interest in blockchain and cryptocurrencies.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York office (Hybrid)
