Location: Basak, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines. Only considering local candidates; unable to provide relocation.

What you will do
- Partner with HR teams and hiring managers on intake discussions, role requirements, and recruitment strategies.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding across multiple business units.
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks.
- Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and ensure positive experiences aligned with global standards.
- Oversee offer processes, onboarding, and maintain recruitment records for compliance and reporting.
- Analyze metrics like time-to-fill and source effectiveness to recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
- At least 7 years of recruitment experience in Philippines, preferably high-tech, manufacturing, or multinational.
- Hands-on end-to-end recruitment experience including sourcing, screening, and compliance.
- Proven proactive sourcing and pipeline building in local talent markets.
- Strong spoken and written English for business communication.
- Solid knowledge of Philippine labor practices and data privacy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ATS/HRIS experience preferred.
