Talent Acquisition Partner (HR): End-to-end talent acquisition support for a high-tech manufacturing site in Cebu with an accent on proactive sourcing, stakeholder collaboration, and compliance with local labor laws. Location: Basak, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines. Only considering local candidates; unable to provide relocation.

What you will do

  • Partner with HR teams and hiring managers on intake discussions, role requirements, and recruitment strategies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding across multiple business units.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks.
  • Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and ensure positive experiences aligned with global standards.
  • Oversee offer processes, onboarding, and maintain recruitment records for compliance and reporting.
  • Analyze metrics like time-to-fill and source effectiveness to recommend process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 7 years of recruitment experience in Philippines, preferably high-tech, manufacturing, or multinational.
  • Hands-on end-to-end recruitment experience including sourcing, screening, and compliance.
  • Proven proactive sourcing and pipeline building in local talent markets.
  • Strong spoken and written English for business communication.
  • Solid knowledge of Philippine labor practices and data privacy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ATS/HRIS experience preferred.
