Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA and available Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 8:00pm EST)
Salary: $21 - $26 per hour

What you will do
- Provide high-quality customer service to patients and healthcare providers regarding specimen submissions and laboratory results.
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and electronic inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate medical kit shipments and manage client supply orders.
- Review and process consent forms, medical hold forms, and other inbound documentation.
- Collaborate with technical staff and other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Educate clients on general billing and non-billing related laboratory policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- Availability for 8-hour shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm EST, Monday through Friday.
- Knowledge of medical terminology for clear communication with healthcare professionals.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and de-escalate conflicts calmly and professionally.
- Experience and focus for working within a remote setting.
Nice to have
- 1-3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory, physician's office, healthcare, insurance, or billing customer service.
- Bilingual proficiency.
