TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must have US employment eligibility)

Salary: $25–$30 per hour

What you will do

  • Monitor patient progression across the end-to-end journey to ensure timely movement through the funnel.
  • Analyze operational data and funnel performance to identify trends and root causes of patient leakage.
  • Recover stalled or at-risk cases by removing barriers and coordinating next steps.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, and Support teams to resolve journey gaps and improve handoffs.
  • Recommend and implement scalable process improvements to refine workflows and SLAs.
  • Ensure data integrity within CRM systems (Salesforce) and case management tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer success, sales, or technical support.
  • Employment eligibility to work in the United States is required (no visa sponsorship).
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data tracking and performance metrics.
  • Technical aptitude to troubleshoot hardware/software issues with customers.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Nice to have

  • Experience with rehabilitation, stroke care, or medical devices.
  • Experience in sales retention or customer lifecycle management.
