What you will do

  • Design and implement WFM systems from scratch, including scheduling models, capacity plans, and staffing ratios for clinical teams.
  • Translate high-level strategic goals into operational workflows and redesigned shift structures.
  • Own demand forecasting and capacity planning using historical data to align resources with targets.
  • Analyze operational trends and build performance dashboards using Google Sheets, Looker, and SQL.
  • Monitor real-time intraday performance to ensure SLA attainment and appointment completion targets.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and clinical leadership to align staffing with budgets and care delivery needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading high-impact operational initiatives, preferably in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Technical aptitude with WFM systems, Google Sheets, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects through influence and collaboration.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate in dynamic and rapidly changing conditions.

Nice to have

  • Ability to perform self-serve data analysis using SQL queries.
  • Previous professional experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Lean Six Sigma training.
