What you will do
- Design and implement WFM systems from scratch, including scheduling models, capacity plans, and staffing ratios for clinical teams.
- Translate high-level strategic goals into operational workflows and redesigned shift structures.
- Own demand forecasting and capacity planning using historical data to align resources with targets.
- Analyze operational trends and build performance dashboards using Google Sheets, Looker, and SQL.
- Monitor real-time intraday performance to ensure SLA attainment and appointment completion targets.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and clinical leadership to align staffing with budgets and care delivery needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading high-impact operational initiatives, preferably in fast-paced startup environments.
- Technical aptitude with WFM systems, Google Sheets, and data analytics.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects through influence and collaboration.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate in dynamic and rapidly changing conditions.
Nice to have
- Ability to perform self-serve data analysis using SQL queries.
- Previous professional experience in the healthcare industry.
- Lean Six Sigma training.
