What you will do

  • Lead initiatives to optimize hirify.global Care’s operational performance and enhance the member and provider experience.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities using a structured, data-driven approach to reduce call volume.
  • Design and implement practical systems and process enhancements to optimize service delivery.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for tools and cross-functional projects.
  • Develop business cases and structured work plans to ensure timely execution and risk mitigation.
  • Define success metrics, monitor performance, and share actionable insights with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in process improvement, operations leadership, or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of call center operations (member and provider services).
  • Experience designing and delivering large-scale initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Expertise in data analysis, process mapping, and operational design.
  • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
  • Must be based in the US (implied by US-specific benefits and 401k)

Nice to have

  • Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically health insurance plans.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar data analytics tools.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement expertise.
