What you will do
- Lead initiatives to optimize Care’s operational performance and enhance the member and provider experience.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities using a structured, data-driven approach to reduce call volume.
- Design and implement practical systems and process enhancements to optimize service delivery.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for tools and cross-functional projects.
- Develop business cases and structured work plans to ensure timely execution and risk mitigation.
- Define success metrics, monitor performance, and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in process improvement, operations leadership, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of call center operations (member and provider services).
- Experience designing and delivering large-scale initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Expertise in data analysis, process mapping, and operational design.
- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
- Must be based in the US (implied by US-specific benefits and 401k)
Nice to have
- Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically health insurance plans.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar data analytics tools.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement expertise.
