TL;DR

Technical Account Manager (Healthcare): Proactively enhancing service quality and platform adoption for Long-Term & Post-Acute Care solutions with an accent on technical liaison and client advocacy. Location: Remote (USA). Occasional travel to Mississauga or Salt Lake City offices for onboarding and team events is required.

Salary: $100,000 - $112,000 per year

What you will do

  • Act as a technical liaison between clients and the organization to facilitate communication and ensure platform adoption.
  • Identify and drive improvements to increase the stability and scale of the client's technical infrastructure.
  • Manage complex support issues and act as a direct escalation point for high-impact cases.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to conduct periodic meetings and maintain visibility of technical projects.
  • Perform root cause analysis and analyze underlying trends to mitigate risks associated with platform updates.
  • Provide client feedback to internal product teams and ensure clients have visibility into product roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a TAM, Project Manager, or in a similar client-facing technical role.
  • Experience managing large customers and resolving complex technical support issues.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry.
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
