Salary: $100,000 - $112,000 per year

What you will do
- Act as a technical liaison between clients and the organization to facilitate communication and ensure platform adoption.
- Identify and drive improvements to increase the stability and scale of the client's technical infrastructure.
- Manage complex support issues and act as a direct escalation point for high-impact cases.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to conduct periodic meetings and maintain visibility of technical projects.
- Perform root cause analysis and analyze underlying trends to mitigate risks associated with platform updates.
- Provide client feedback to internal product teams and ensure clients have visibility into product roadmaps.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a TAM, Project Manager, or in a similar client-facing technical role.
- Experience managing large customers and resolving complex technical support issues.
- Must be based in the USA.
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry.
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
