Location: Remote (US, up to 10–15% travel)
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 plus bonus potential

What you will do
- Support multiple healthcare software implementation projects, including government contracts
- Track project timelines, milestones, risks, action items, and deliverables
- Coordinate HL7 integration activities with internal and client technical teams
- Maintain project documentation, status updates, and meeting notes
- Prepare clients for go-live, assist in onboarding, and support post-launch follow-up
- Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders including Project Management, Integrations, Product, Sales, and Client Success teams
- Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare project coordination or implementation support
- Working knowledge of HL7 integrations and healthcare data exchange
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Client-facing experience in healthcare or SaaS setting (government or VA clients preferred)
- Excellent communication and follow-through in client-facing and internal interactions
- Proficiency with project management tools: Google Workspace, JIRA Service Desk, Smart Sheets
- Familiarity with HIPAA, data security, or government contracting environments
