Salary: $94,000 - $102,000 per year + bonus

What you will do

• Lead multiple simultaneous customer-facing EHR implementation projects as the primary client liaison.
• Define project scope, create detailed project plans, and manage budgets and resource allocation.
• Manage the end-to-end migration process to the hirify.global solution to ensure optimal transition to support.
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues, escalating to senior management when necessary.
• Monitor and report on deployments, schedules, and revenue using internal PMO methods.
• Foster the growth of the team's project management capabilities within the PMO.

Requirements

• Professional experience in project management at a skilled level.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience with healthcare systems such as EHR, EMR, or Pharmacy systems.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to self-manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with external customers.

Nice to have

• PMP or Prince II designation.
• Prior knowledge of hirify.global products.
• Solid understanding of systems design.
