What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for assigned customers, managing relationships up to C-level executives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive success plans to ensure customers achieve full business value from their hirify.global investment.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Support teams to align product roadmaps with customer strategic objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze KPI and utilization trends to provide proactive recommendations and mitigate at-risk accounts.
  • Deliver educational initiatives and guidance on new product features to maximize adoption.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in internal prioritization processes to drive product improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven practical experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, or compliance.
  • Previous experience in Customer Success or Application Portfolio Management within a SaaS organization.
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture and its integration with on-premise IT landscapes.
  • Extensive background in IT systems consulting and implementation, specifically identity management solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate crisis situations and manage triage processes.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% to engage with customers on-site.
