What you will do
- Own end-to-end territory strategy, prioritizing target lists of service line leaders across health systems.
- Land meetings with health system decision-makers through cold outbound, in-person presence, and reference-based outreach.
- Position as a clinical partner by analyzing incentive structures and decision dynamics.
- Maintain long-term consultative relationships with service line leaders to ensure durable referral channels.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to define rollout plans and clear system-specific implementation blockers like EHR workflows.
- Iterate on the Strategic Account Manager playbook to standardize successful tactics for future scalability.
Requirements
- 6–12 years of experience, with the majority in quota-carrying B2B sales in healthcare.
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling into healthcare; experience with health systems or physician groups is highly preferred.
- Proven track record as a top-quartile sales performer in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Clear evidence of zero-to-one work, such as opening new territories or landing first logos in new segments.
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage with VPs and department heads.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
