What you will do

• Manage end-to-end production delivery for assigned projects from briefing through to final asset delivery.
• Coordinate shoots, creators, suppliers, crew, and post-production partners.
• Create and maintain detailed timing plans, budgets, and production documentation within internal systems.
• Liaise with creative, social, account, and client teams to align on scope, expectations, and delivery.
• Support procurement processes including supplier sourcing, triple-bidding, and cost approvals.
• Oversee post-production workflows to ensure deadlines and delivery milestones are met.

Requirements

• Proven experience producing digital, social, print, or film content in an agency or studio environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good understanding of production workflows across different content formats.
• Confident communicator comfortable working with creatives, clients, and suppliers.
• Commercial awareness and basic budget management experience.
• Location: Must be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands
