What you will do

• Manage day-to-day delivery of digital and social projects from brief to completion
• Support senior leads on larger projects, working with creative, strategy, and account teams
• Create and manage project timelines, schedules, task plans, and coordinate resources
• Track budgets, flag risks, delays, or scope changes, and ensure process adherence
• Act as key contact for internal teams and facilitate communication across stakeholders
• Support adoption of efficient workflows, including AI-enabled processes

Requirements

• Experience in project management within creative, digital, or production agency
• Experience delivering digital, social, or content-led projects in fast-paced settings
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Understanding of project workflows, resourcing, deadlines, and financial awareness
• Strong communication, proactive mindset, and comfort with remote/offshore teams
• Practical, hands-on attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
