Salary: €3,700 – €4,300 per month + 8% holiday allowance

What you will do

• Collaborate with the Head of Operations to optimize parcel pick-ups, sorting, and last-mile delivery.
• Identify cost efficiency bottlenecks and drive the implementation of operational improvements across the BNL market.
• Establish KPIs, reporting, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead strategic projects and provide ad-hoc analytical insights to internal teams.
• Coordinate with group functions on international initiatives to ensure effective implementation and cross-market learning.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in management consulting or a similar analytical, project-driven role, ideally in operations.
• Proven ability to transform complex problems into structured and actionable operational changes.
• Analytical proficiency with strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools like Tableau and SQL.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making at various organizational levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured scale-up environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Amsterdam

Nice to have

• Experience with Python.
• Prior experience working within a start-up or scale-up environment.
