What you will do

• Lead creative projects from brief to delivery, ensuring high creative standards, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Act as a senior production consultant for internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Oversee and support a network of producers and production partners to ensure clear workflows and accountability.
• Collaborate with creative, account, and client teams to align on expectations and delivery approach.
• Manage financial and operational discipline, including cost management and reporting.
• Contribute to the development of production processes and standards within the studio.

Requirements

• Significant experience in creative production within an agency, studio, or in-house environment.
• Proven ability to manage senior clients and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of budgets and delivery models.
• Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional production teams.
• Must be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
