Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and grow a team to help customers operationalize Falcon products, specifically Endpoint, Identity, Cloud, and Next-Gen SIEM.
• Collaborate with professional services leadership to scale the organization, expand programs, and create customer-focused offerings.
• Drive cross-functional teams within the company to ensure successful delivery outcomes and maximize customer value.
• Manage a portfolio of customer projects led by both in-house and subcontract partner residents.
• Partner with global sales and marketing teams to develop service communications, present solutions, and close opportunities.
• Mentor team members to expand skill sets and maximize performance.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in the security industry within professional services or similar capacities.
• 4+ years of experience managing a team of consultants in the security industry.
• Strong understanding of employee management concepts and demonstrated ability to lead teams.
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies, managing technical deployments, and running projects from kickoff to closure.
• Experience working with pre-sales teams on technical scoping and requirements gathering.
• English: Strong written and oral communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of security endpoint products and SIEM best practices (log analysis, data onboarding, search queries).
• Experience with log management/SIEM solutions such as Falcon LogScale, Splunk, QRadar, or Arcsight.
• Knowledge of distributed applications hosted in AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Automation experience building scripts in Bash, Python, or other programming languages.
