Salary: $168,000 - $250,000 USD OTE

What you will do

• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with VP to C-suite revenue leaders to guide their transformation journey.
• Lead consultative discussions to uncover pressing revenue challenges and design customized, long-term roadmaps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align customer needs with strategic objectives.
• Create and optimize strategic plans for large accounts to drive measurable business outcomes and ROI.
• Drive growth and retention in multi-million-dollar deals to help meet annual revenue targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience consulting or leading strategic functions for Fortune 2000 companies.
• Exceptional ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with C-suite executives and VPs.
• Experience in consultative sales, business transformation, and driving long-term customer success.
• Deep understanding of revenue operations and sales technology platforms.
• Must be located in one of the specified US hubs: Austin, Chicago, NYC, SLC, or San Francisco.
