What you will do

• Support strategic finance initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy, financial visibility, and operational efficiency
• Build financial models, dashboards, and analytical frameworks for decision-making
• Participate in M&A processes including market research, financial modeling, and due diligence
• Evaluate business performance via KPI tracking, scenario analysis, and root-cause analysis
• Contribute to FP&A forecasting, business plans, and investment decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior stakeholders, investors, and founders

Requirements

• Recently graduated (or about to graduate) in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or related fields
• Outstanding academic track record (top 5-25% of class)
• 0–2 years of experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured mindset
• Comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and basic financial/analytical tools
• Proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn in fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
