What you will do

• Complete a 12-month rotational program across Corporate Finance Strategy, New Ventures/Corporate Development, and FP&A.
• Support strategic finance initiatives that improve forecasting accuracy, financial visibility, and operational efficiency.
• Build financial models, dashboards, and analytical frameworks for business decision-making.
• Conduct market research, financial modeling, due diligence support, KPI tracking, and root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to short- and long-term business plans, investment decisions, and scenario analysis.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data, Product, Operations, Legal, and Sales teams and prepare reports for senior stakeholders, investors, and founders.

Requirements

• Recent or upcoming degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Outstanding academic record, typically within the top 5–25% of the class.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and basic financial or analytical tools.
• Fluent English and Spanish are required.
