Senior Treasury Analyst

What you will do

• Analyze historical cash flows, improve forecast accuracy, and identify variances between actuals and forecasts.
• Monitor cash positions, optimize cash float and working capital, and support short-term borrowing or investment decisions.
• Identify liquidity gaps or surplus cash and support funding, investment, and liquidity planning.
• Manage banking relationships, including bank fees and account structures.
• Improve treasury workflows through TMS and ERP systems, system testing, data validation, automation, and process documentation.
• Prepare treasury reports, dashboards, cash summaries, liquidity analyses, and materials for audits and management reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting, banking, or cash management.
• Expert understanding of treasury operations, liquidity management, and banking processes.
• Experience with ERP systems, Treasury Management Systems, or banking platforms, plus strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
