What you will do
- Analyze customer needs, propose technical solutions, prepare costings and commercial proposals.
- Manage quotations, orders, and after-sales service in the field.
- Build customer loyalty, identify new prospects, and ensure strong field presence.
- Conduct competitive intelligence on prices, technology, and services; report market information.
- Perform administrative tasks: update customer data, schedule appointments, draft reports.
- Represent company at promotional events, participate in sales meetings and budget process.
Requirements
- Valid category B driving license.
- Significant experience in similar sales position.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, administration, CRM; technical knowledge in hydraulics (mechanical plus).
- ERP software and MS Office Suite proficiency.
- Professional English.
- Mastery of sales negotiation, hydraulic systems design, IT tools.
