What you will do
- Monitor sales performance by tracking KPIs, building dashboards, and proposing corrective actions.
- Prepare business presentations, quarterly reviews, and internal decks to align and energize the sales team.
- Own operational reporting and regular check-ins to ensure timely information flow.
- Lead strategic sales initiatives like Go-To-Market strategy, competitive analysis, and process improvements.
- Provide ad hoc support to Head of Sales on high-priority tasks.
Requirements
- Full working proficiency in French.
- At least advanced level in English (written and spoken).
- Analytical and strategic thinking to turn data into actionable insights.
- Strong business sense for competitive sales environments.
- Self-organized, autonomous, with rigorous time management.
- Effective communication, presentation skills, and teamwork.
- Currently based in or willing to relocate to Paris; final-year student from top business school or exceptional gap-year profile.
