What you will do
- Align customer business requirements to SEO programs spanning data, workflow, and reporting.
- Create and support integrated SEO analytics and research environments for enterprise customers.
- Drive complex technology integrations and implementations to completion.
- Conduct regular customer sessions to train different organizational divisions and drive platform usage.
- Configure the platform to support advanced AI use cases within the evolving search landscape.
- Manage day-to-day engagement to deliver high customer value and ensure account renewal.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing multiple customer accounts.
- Working knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Experience in discovery of business goals and driving technology platform adoption.
- Proven track record of managing complex integrations.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Must be based in London for on-site work.
Nice to have
- Experience with web analytics, specifically Adobe Analytics.
