What you will do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and StackAdapt.
- Manage and scale 7-figure monthly budgets to ensure strong ROAS, retention, and user lifetime value.
- Utilize AppsFlyer for event mapping, attribution, and cohort analysis.
- Lead creative strategy and testing in collaboration with the art team to produce high-performing static and video assets.
- Execute a structured A/B testing framework to identify winning audiences, placements, and creatives.
- Build and refine tracking and reporting frameworks for visibility across acquisition funnels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in media buying, performance marketing, or user acquisition.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize large-scale budgets (7 figures annually).
- Deep expertise in campaign optimization, bid strategy, audience segmentation, and conversion rate improvement.
- Strong understanding of mobile app acquisition and AppsFlyer tracking.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into strategic actions.
- Must be based in or work on-site in Concord, Ontario, Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience in the iGaming industry.
- Familiarity with server-to-server (S2S) setups and campaign event tracking.
- Hands-on experience integrating AppsFlyer, Meta Pixel, or TikTok Events API.
