Location: Hybrid; Must be based in Canada and able to travel to the Toronto office

Salary: $115,000 – $136,000

What you will do

• Develop integrated marketing strategies for priority mission initiatives aligned with enterprise brand direction.
• Oversee channel plans and act as the senior marketing partner for Mission and Digital Product teams.
• Lead external agency partners in the development and implementation of go-to-market plans.
• Monitor campaign performance via KPIs and recommend tactical adjustments based on insights.
• Mentor and develop internal marketing talent, providing coaching and performance management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Fundraising and Communications to integrate mission strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in brand marketing.
• Extensive experience in Growth and Performance Marketing, including social, display, OLV, and SEM.
• Proven track record of planning and implementing 360 omnichannel campaigns.
• Experience in senior, cross-functional roles within matrixed organizations.
• Must be currently residing in Canada and legally entitled to work in Canada.
• University degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
