What you will do

• Plan and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and StackAdapt.
• Manage and scale 7-figure monthly budgets to drive high-quality mobile installs and first-time deposits.
• Utilize AppsFlyer for event mapping, attribution, and cohort analysis.
• Collaborate with art teams to develop high-performing static and video assets based on data insights.
• Implement a structured A/B testing framework to identify winning audiences and creatives.
• Build and refine tracking and reporting frameworks for acquisition funnels.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and user acquisition.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize large-scale budgets (7 figures annually).
• Deep expertise in bid strategy, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization.
• Strong understanding of mobile app acquisition and AppsFlyer tracking.
• Experience collaborating with creative and motion teams on ad iterations.
• Location: Must be based in Concord, ON

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming.
• Familiarity with server-to-server (S2S) setups and event tracking.
• Hands-on experience integrating AppsFlyer, Meta Pixel, or TikTok Events API.
