📌Job Title: InApp Media Buyer (iGaming – Canada)

About the Company
We are a performance driven iGaming company focused on acquiring and retaining players in regulated Canadian markets, with a strong emphasis on responsible gaming and compliant advertising practices. Our products operate only with licensed operators and follow the latest Canadian standards for iGaming advertising.

Key Responsibilities
🟠Plan, launch, and manage in app user acquisition campaigns on leading ad networks (e.g., Unity, IronSource, AppLovin, 🟠Mintegral, etc.) for iGaming products targeting Canadian players, with a particular focus on regulated provinces such as Ontario.
🟠Work closely with UA, product, and analytics teams to define campaign goals (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and budget allocation that align with Canadian market performance benchmarks.
🟠Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, creatives, and targeting to hit performance targets while maintaining traffic quality and compliance.
🟠Analyze cohort data (D1/D3/D7 retention, ARPU, ROAS) and make clear optimization decisions for the Canadian user base.
🟠Segment traffic by geo (province level in Canada), OS, placement, and publisher to identify high value segments and remove low quality inventory.
🟠Use MMP/analytics tools (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Kochava, Firebase, internal BI) to accurately attribute installs and in app events and understand the full user journey.
🟠Continuously identify and test new in app traffic sources, channels, and inventory that work well for Canadian iGaming audiences, to scale and diversify user acquisition.
🟠Prepare regular performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly) highlighting key metrics and actionable insights for optimization and scaling decisions, with a clear view on Canadian KPIs and regulatory considerations.
🟠Ensure full compliance by making sure all creatives and messaging adhere to Canadian iGaming regulations and industry codes (e.g., CGA Code, Ad Standards), including age restrictions, required disclaimers, and responsible gaming guidelines.

Requirements:
🟠2+ years of experience as an In App Media Buyer, UA Manager, or Performance Marketer, preferably within online casino, sports betting, or the wider iGaming industry.
🟠English and Russian B2.
🟠Hands on experience with at least 2–3 in app ad networks (e.g., Unity, IronSource, AppLovin, TikTok Pangle, Mintegral, Liftoff, etc.).
🟠Strong analytical skills, including solid knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and the ability to work with large data sets, pivot tables, and basic formulas.
🟠Experience working with MMPs (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer or similar) and a good understanding of attribution logic (click through vs. view through, SKAN where relevant).
🟠Strong performance mindset, with a track record of working against clear KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention) and making data driven decisions.
🟠Experience with A/B testing (creatives, landing pages, bid strategies, targeting).
🟠Upper intermediate English for effective communication with partners and internal stakeholders; familiarity with Canadian market specifics is a plus.
🟠Experience in monitoring fraud and evaluating traffic quality is a strong plus (e.g., dealing with bot traffic, incentivized installs, and low intent users).

Nice to Have:
🟠Experience running campaigns on other paid channels (Facebook, Google UAC, TikTok Ads) for Canadian or North American markets.
🟠Knowledge of SQL or experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
🟠Understanding of iGaming market specifics and regulations across Canadian provinces (e.g., Ontario iGaming framework, responsible gaming advertising standards) and other regions such as LATAM, Asia, and Europe.
