What you will do
- Own and execute a multi-platform social strategy focused on growth.
- Independently script, film, and publish high-performing content for Instagram and TikTok.
- Build and nurture an engaged online community through creative storytelling.
- Identify and partner with influencers and emerging content creators.
- Collaborate closely with editorial and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven success in growing social media audiences, especially on Instagram.
- Strong creative instincts with the ability to generate standout ideas.
- Confidence in producing content independently (filming and scripting).
- Experience with influencer management and community-led campaigns.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous, and entrepreneurial environment.
- Must be based in London for a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office).
