TL;DR
Head of Brand: Define and execute group-wide brand strategy across UK’s multi-brand portfolio in residential property management with an accent on brand architecture, positioning, and commercial objectives. Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

What you will do
- Define and execute group-wide brand strategy aligned to commercial objectives
- Evolve brand architecture across multiple operating companies in property management, insurance, surveying, utilities, and fire services
- Ensure creative excellence and consistent standards across all brand touchpoints
- Translate brand investments into measurable commercial impact on revenue and EBITDA
- Influence senior stakeholders and OpCo leadership on positioning and delivery
- Support M&A integration through structured brand positioning
Requirements
- Experience at Head of Brand or senior brand leadership level
- Expertise in brand architecture and multi-brand strategy
- Proven delivery of measurable commercial value through brand
- Comfort in Private Equity-backed, high-growth, high-accountability environment
- Strong balance of creative judgement and commercial focus
- Ability to influence confidently at senior leadership level
- Eligible to live and work in the UK

- Managing agency and supplier relationships
