What you will do

• Schedule, optimise, and publish content across Radio 2’s social media platforms.
• Devise and develop community management tactics to grow channels.
• Collaborate with artists, creators, and teams to amplify reach and promote live radio moments.
• Ensure channels comply with hirify.global editorial guidelines.
• Support hirify.global radio network priorities and podcast campaigns.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of hirify.global Radio 2, its audience, and presenters
• Familiarity with publishing and analytics tools like Emplifi, Social Flow.
• Significant experience publishing and managing TikTok, Instagram, FB Reels, and YouTube Shorts for publishers or broadcasters.
• Skilled in video and image editing with Adobe Creative Suite, mobile apps, thumbnails, straps, and SEO-friendly copy.
• Confident communicator able to collaborate across teams, leaders, and presenters.

• Experience on social campaigns for live events or festivals.
• Familiarity with hirify.global editorial standards and compliance.
• Understanding of radio and podcast promotion and audio storytelling.
