What you will do

  • Manage publishing and scheduling of branded social video content across TikTok, Meta, YouTube and Instagram, including onboarding new partner channels.
  • Support setup and monitoring of paid social video campaigns for hirify.global Studios and audio brands.
  • Compile performance reporting and insights, flagging platform updates, trends and optimisation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Branded Content, Commercial, Social Editors and Advertising Operations teams for content delivery.

Requirements

  • Social media, digital content or paid social experience, ideally in media or agency.
  • Hands-on knowledge of TikTok, Meta and YouTube platform performance.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills for managing multiple campaigns.
  • Proactive social-native mindset engaged with platform trends and audience behaviour.
  • Comfortable with performance data and basic reporting tools.
  • Collaborative team player in fast-paced environment.
