What you will do

• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives, managing budgets and identifying key influencer segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers; oversee outreach, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.
• Lead end-to-end paid influencer campaigns from ideation to performance analysis, including product seeding and compliance with regulations.
• Utilize data analytics to measure KPIs, provide insights, and optimize campaigns.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, beauty industry developments, and emerging platforms to drive innovative activations.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital brand marketing.
• Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and emerging platforms.
• Proven track record managing campaigns from strategy to execution, with relationship management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with influencer tools like Traackr and passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.
• Excellent organizational skills, creative mindset, and ability to leverage cultural trends.
