TL;DR

Location: Hybrid: 1 day (or more) a week in London, UK

What you will do

  • Source, screen, and progress candidates through interview pipelines for non-tech roles.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies, including networking and events, to identify passive candidates.
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to align on recruitment needs.
  • Manage and improve the end-to-end candidate experience to build long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to enhance hiring processes.
  • Apply a consultative approach to recruitment, prioritizing speed, quality, and diversity.

Requirements

  • Experience hiring non-tech roles in the UK, specifically in Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, or Finance.
  • Professional background as a full-time recruiter in an agency, RPO, or high-growth startup/scale-up.
  • Proven ability to screen and assess candidates for both technical hard skills and cultural fit.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Proactive "can-do" attitude and willingness to handle a wide range of hiring needs.
