What you will do
- Own full-cycle hiring for engineering roles, from scoping and sourcing to assessing and closing.
- Build and maintain high-quality pipelines for backend, frontend, data, and infrastructure skill sets.
- Partner with hiring managers to refine interview quality, signal, and decision-making.
- Maintain structured recruitment processes using tools like Ashby and Notion.
- Collaborate on targeted projects to improve sourcing strategies and interview frameworks.
- Deliver a premium candidate experience for high-demand technical talent.
Requirements
- Proven experience in end-to-end engineering recruitment within fast-paced startups.
- Deep understanding of technical roles and skill sets (Backend, Frontend, Data, Infrastructure).
- Track record of hiring high-quality engineers at pace.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows and automation.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical stakeholders.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom
Nice to have
- Experience hiring in B2B, SaaS, or high-growth startup environments.
- Familiarity with Ashby and Notion.
- Strong sourcing capabilities for hard-to-fill engineering roles.
- Syss thinking mindset to identify and fix workflow inefficiencies.
