What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for product design, product management, and engineering roles under the Digital Product practice.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements and establish scalable hiring processes.
• Source, engage, and assess high-quality candidates across global markets to build diverse pipelines.
• Maintain a thoughtful and responsive candidate experience that is clear, inclusive, and human.
• Manage partnerships with external recruiting agencies as the primary point of contact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience recruiting for product, design, or engineering roles, ideally within a fast-paced agency environment.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume recruiting across multiple teams and geographies.
• Proficiency with a modern talent tech stack, including Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Deel, Notion, and Slack.
• Strong judgment in candidate assessment and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Must be located in the Americas or Europe.
