What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a global TA team of four partners across US, Israel, and UK.
• Design and execute scalable TA strategy to improve candidate quality, hiring manager alignment, and rapid scaling.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders in R&D, GTM, and Operations to align recruiting with workforce needs.
• Implement data-driven processes to reduce time-to-hire, enhance efficiency, and elevate candidate experience.
• Drive modern sourcing strategies, tools, and assessments for consistent hire quality.
• Build partnerships with leaders, integrate with onboarding, and use analytics to refine recruiting performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years recruiting experience, 5+ years leading global TA team in high-growth tech.
• Proven success building or transforming recruiting functions across multiple regions.
• Deep knowledge of R&D, GTM, and operational hiring in fast-paced tech environments.
• Strong candidate assessment, sourcing strategy, employer branding, leadership, and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with cross-functional partnering experience; Bachelor’s degree required.
